We loved the spacious family room and the kids' pool has fun slides! The breakfast could use more variety. Definitely would return for another relaxing stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at Swiss-Garden Kuantan. The beach is just a quick walk away, and it's perfect for relaxing. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room, which was newly renovated and super clean—definitely a highlight. I appreciated the friendly service at the hotel. staff like Nurul, who served breakfast, made my mornings bright by approaching me to check on my experience. The heated pool was a great place to unwind, especially for kids. I found it inconvenient that Blossom restaurant's Chinese food could not be ordered for in-room service. I had to go down to pick it up myself. breakfast could benefit from more variety on alternate days to keep things fresh. a nice stay but with some areas that could improve.

During my stay, I faced several frustrating issues. The noise from loud music during events was unbearable, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. the cleanliness left much to be desired. there was sand underneath the pillows, and the balcony chairs were covered in dirt. I really expected better management and consideration for other guests who are there for a peaceful retreat.

This resort boasts a stunning pool, and the staff are genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction. Encik Haiqal made my early check-in seamless. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and meticulously cleaned. Although the beach isn't private, it feels exclusive due to minimal crowds. If you’re planning a family getaway, this place is highly recommended!

The kids had a ball at the playroom with all the lekker toys and games. We loved the nice, comfy beds and the fresh feeling rooms! Housekeeping was sharp-sharp, keeping everything tidy and neat.

Only downside was the staff at reception could be a bit more friendly, felt a bit coldish sometimes.

The newly renovated Deluxe King Room was super clean and provided a perfect view of the beach. The kids loved playing in the splash pool, and the dining options, especially at The Blossom, were delicious, offering a delightful array of dishes. The location is ideal for a beach getaway, complete with fun activities.
